
Spicy Garlic Sev Mamra | Lasaniya Mamra | Puffed Rice Snack | Garlic Murmure | Easy Snacks
Ingredients
- Mamra / Murmure / Puffed Rice - One big bowl Full - About 7-8 cups
- Crushed Garlic - 1 tbsp
- Sev - 1 Cup
- Red Chilli Powder - 2-3 tsp - Can adjust as per spice taste
- Coriender Powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric - 2 tsp
- Salt - As Per taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Hing - 1 tsp
Instructions
- In a cooking vessel heat oil, as oil starts heating add hing
- Add Crushed garlic, and saute garlic till it changes colour on slow flame - this is very important because if garlic is not cooked properly and if it remains raw then it will spoil the taste of the dish
- Once garlic turns brownish, add red chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder and mix well
- Then add murmure /puffed rice and mix well - remember to keep gas on a very slow flame - roast till puffed rice are crispy and keep stirring in between
- At the end add sev and switch off the gas
- after it cools down, Store it in air tight container and serve with hot cup of tea or just keep munching while watching tv 🙂
