
Rajgira Pooris Recipe | Rajgara ni Puri | Fasting Recipe
Ingredients
- Rajgira Flour - 1 Cup
- Boiled & Mashed Potatoes - 1 tbsp
- Salt / Sendha Namak - Salt For Fasting - As per taste
- Green Chili Paste - 1 tsp - can adjust as per taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp + For Deep Frying
- Water - As Required
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add Rajgira flour, boiled and mashed potatoes, salt, green chili paste, 1tbsp oil and mix well
- Now add water as required and make a stiff dough for pooris
- Take a ball sized dough and roll out puris in circles in rolling pin
- Deep fry these pooris
- Pooris are ready to serve, serve with chilled masala dahi
