
Kela Methi Na Bhajiya | Banana Methi Pakora | Riped Banana and Fenu Greek Leaves Fritters
Ingredients
- Riped Banana - 2 Medium Sized
- Besan / Gram Flour
- Chopped Methi Leaves - 1 Cup
- Green Chilli Paste
- Black Pepper Powder
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Coriander powder
- Hing
- Cooking Soda
- Oil - For Deep Frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bow add besan, add ripe bananas and mash them in besan bowl while mixing well
- Add Chopped Methi Leaves and mix well
- Add Turmeric, Green Chili Paste, Hing, Cooking Soda, Coriander powder, Black Pepper Powder, Salt and mix well
- Add 2 tbsp of hot oil and mix everything again
- Now, take some batter and with the help of fingers add lumps of batter directly to hot oil and deep fry then till golden brown on medium slow flame
- Bhajiyas are ready to be served
