Bhavnagari Pav Gathiya
Bhavanagari Pav Gathiya is Indian Chaat dish which is popular in Bhavnagar city of Gujarat. Its a spicy tangy and sweet in taste.
- Thick Ghatiya - 1 Bowl
- Imli Chutney - 1/2 Bowl - Can adjust as per taste
- Grated Onions - 2 - 3 tbsp
- Pao/Bread - 2 nos
- In a mixing bow, take Tikha gathiya as per the required quantity
- Make small pieces of pao / bread and add in the bowl
- Add Grated Onions
- Pour in the Tamarind & Jaggery Chutney as per the required quantity
- Mix well and make sure the gathiya and pao/bread doesn't look dry.
- Pav Gathiya are ready to be served
